FINAL REPORT

The final report should include the following items :

1.       Project Summary (Brief description, learning objectives, content outline, etc)

2.       Outcome of the project (screen captures with brief explanations)

a.        Courseware Structure (Flow of Navigation)

b.       Learning theories and design strategies applied in courseware.

c.        Other screen captures that appropriate

3.       Strengths and weaknesses of the courseware

4.       Testing and Evaluation Report (Report for changes after formative/peer evaluation).

5.       Summative Evaluation Report (Optional – Bonus)

6.       Problems faced during the process of completing the project (ie : skills, knowledge, design, group work, etc)

7.       What are the solutions for the problems faced?

8.       Group reflections towards the process of developing the courseware produced.

9.       Complete list of job-scope/description of every members in the group.
